- SHORTAGES – Please note we can only accept a claim for a shortage if the product has not been cut into or laid. Please make sure you check the length before you cut the product.

- If you wish to cancel your order before delivery please let us know as soon as possible. If the goods have not been cut to your size we will cancel your order and repay a refund full amount via your chosen payment method.
- PLEASE NOTE – your order of carpet or vinyl will specifically cut to your size (not including remnants or roll ends), and this makes cancellations and returns difficult (this also applies to flooring bought in shops as well as online).

- If you cancel after goods are delivered to you then the returns are at your own cost unless goods are faulty where we reserve the right at our sole discretion to exchange goods for same or cancel the order with full refund, if replacement not available.
- Colour reproduction:
- We try best to photograph the carpets and flooring to show colour as realistic as possible. However, different cameras and on different screens or monitors the colour may appear slightly different. Therefore, we offer a free sample service so you can check its appearance in the room or location of destination as well as check the feel.
- Please remember that batches of dye and yarn may vary and the sample we send and your order may be off different rolls so may vary slightly in colour or texture or both.
- Carpets or vinyl ordered from different widths will be off different batches and rolls so may vary slightly and may not match. If you require colour match then please consult with us via email or phone and we will discuss your options and offer solutions.
- Laminates or some other products ordered may be from different batches so the colour may not be exact match.
- Please do not colour match clearance stock, remnants / offcuts with each other or with roll stock or with different widths as they are all off different rolls and batches. They will not match exactly but be within manufacturing margins of shades and dyes.
- Clearance Stock:
- This is usually fast selling and are offered to first come first served basis. Clearance stock could be due to factory clearance, production overruns, end of line, introductory new product.
- In some case these may include factory seconds i.e. the product did not past the stringent quality control inspection but still a good product. It may be from a bankrupt sale clearance.
- The sampling on these become difficult due to time factor as sending samples and for you to select may mean the product is all sold.
- Free Samples:
- Please make use of our free sample service for carpets, vinyl and underlay. This will allow you to view the product in your room and compare to your own settings. You can check the quality in comfort of your home.
- You can request a sample from product page by selecting the “Request Sample” button. You can add up to 4 samples before check out and enter delivery details.
- We will post a small (10 cm by 10 cm) sample via 2nd class post so please allow in about 5 working days for arrival.
- On occasion we may request a sample be sent directly to you from the manufacturer. In this situation, you consent to passing your details to our partner / supplier / manufacturer for the purpose of sending samples. If you do not wish for your contact details to be shared with the manufacturer please let us know by email.
- Unfortunately, we cannot send samples of end roll remnants or clearance stock as these are fast selling and time taken to send sample and select and order often means product has sold out.
- Shading and flattening of carpets:
- Cut pile carpets may exhibit an element of shading or pile reversal. This is due to the direction the pile lies and will reflect light differently in different directions. The effects of shading depend on the carpet construction, design, material and use. Saxony and soft touch carpets will show foot prints or vacuum shading due to pile movement. This is not a manufacturing defect and will not affect the performance or wear life of the carpet.
- Carpets will flatten with time and this will depend on use but will be more apparent in particularly high use areas such as main walkways, stairs and in front of sofas, etc. This will be more apparent in thicker pile carpets and less so in twist piles.
- Substitute Goods:
- In case the product you order is discontinued or becomes unavailable; we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to arrange a full refund or allow you to select a similar product with any difference in price being collected or returned. We will do not send substitute products without your approval.
- Measuring Guide:
- Measure the length at the longest point and width at the widest point of your room. Please remember to measure into all alcoves and doorways.
- Then add 10cm on to the length and 10 cm to the width of the carpet as this allows for waste, seams and additional material that may be needed to complete fitting.
- The carpets are available in 4m or 5m width and you can select the appropriate option to calculate the price of your carpet by inputting the length into our price calculator.
- Size Tolerances: All sizes (width and length) have cutting and manufacturing tolerances of plus or minus 1.25% – this is an industry standard and you must take this into account when measuring and ordering.
